Stuck in "Your Room"

as soon as I start the game, everything is a light blue color, nothing in the environment loads, can open my start menu / save / ect.
what do

Tried:
Updating all the required things
Closing / re opening
restarting my computer

Have you already checked if you installed everything ?

Maybe there's a problem with your graphics card's driver, update it if needed/possible.

yeah i had all downloaded, i turned off game booster and it miraculously worked.

Also for some reason when i was in shop buying some pokeballs and pressed "e" twice to exit, my sound cut off and now won't play again

*edit checked options and turned volume up to 100. can hear it again but not as loud.

and after restarting it's fixed.

Yeah I don't know what causes this but one thing is sure: It is NOT reproduceable. I had this bug once. I followed this bug deep into the code but there has been no reason why it fails loading. Simply restarting the game should do it.

What third party app is "game booster"?

Yeah I don't know what causes this but one thing is sure: It is NOT reproduceable. I had this bug once. I followed this bug deep into the code but there has been no reason why it fails loading. Simply restarting the game should do it.

It might not be your game that creates that bug. It might be a third party app.
