Facebook NEEDS A Dislike button cause Right now I VERY MUCH Dislike Best Buy! Bastards F***ed up my order gave me the WRONG Security software for my PC and now are giving me hassles to exchange it for the correct software at no charge or Refund me! Very Poor Business Model & practices! ( Now Using Crummy Laptop borrowed from work )

I've had nothing but Troubles with Best Buy ever since I bought my 1st Laptop with them and the troubles just continue. Yall are luckily yall have me at your mercy on my Protection plan & Software subscriptions but now you can clearly see why I WILL NEVER Use Best Buy for ANYTHING Else an Minimize my business with yall!

Gaming Purchases- Ebay, Amazon, And Game stop forevermore
Software other than the above - Staples, Office Depot Or Office Max!

Anything I Didn't already cover- Hell ANYWHERE BUT BEST BUY Or should I say WORST BUY!!!

Avoid Best Buy like the Plague :dead:

I must be from a different universe because when I got a new Toshiba for Christmas, it had a bad pixel. The following day I returned it and of course they were out of stock (it was the day after Christmas). However, they told me they had a laptop with a better processor in stock that they would give me for no extra charge.

In this case if only it were that Simple. Best Buy handles the subscription of my software plus I was actually getting decent pricing but now they giving me the run around :rage:
