[0.53.3] Friends can't join port-forwarded server.

I've portforwarded the server, and believe me, I've done it right. Minecraft seems to have no issue. Well, port forwarding this has no issue either, open port checker tools can reach the ip and port. However, my friends can't reach the server at all. They are using the same version that I am.

Yes, I'm they're using my public IP, not IPv4.
Yes, I'm using the right IPv4 address for the port forwarding.

Anything else I can do?

Unfortunately, it's still the same issue ;( they get the "Can't reach server" message but the open port checker tool can reach it.
