Friend codes?

I know we have like GameJolt usernames, but they can be changed and if, let's say, I made a topic where I wrote my gamejolt username and said people could add me and a few weeks after that I changed it, they can't add me no more. Friend codes would be like a user id that sticks with the gamejolt account no matter if it changed username

#We have no control over gamejolt so it won't be changed in anyway.
You can provide your gamejolt username and those who have added you will stay forever even if you change your name. It won't matter much as long as you update your post with new username and people can still be able to find you.

you can do something like this :
My Gamejolt ID is oXFantaXo and my Gamejolt number is 126000 and my Gamejolt page is this :
http://gamejolt.com/profile/oxfantaxo/126000
now you see, even if I change my name, the page will always lead to my Gamejolt page as it uses the Gamejolt number to find the page not the name.
for example, if I change my name to oxtwlxo, going to this page : http://gamejolt.com/profile/oxfantaxo/126000 will still lead me to my actual Gamejolt page, the difference is that when I open the link, the page would show my new username.
