Nightmare Difficulty & Progressive E4

Nightmare Difficulty
I know S-Hard is supposed to be hard, but why not add a "Nightmare" difficulty. where instead of the pokelvl+(pokelvl/5) (taken from S-Hard formula onwiki) it will be 2xpokelvl. That will make every battle very challenging, especially E4 with lvl 80 pokes.

Progressive E4
Why don't the E4 trainers get stronger? you get the speech that they will go train, yet if you battle them again you'll just meet the same pokemons. Would be nice if they raised their poke after each win of yours by a random number between 1&10. By the 7th time you win the E4 you'd have fought an E4 with lvl 100 or so pokemons. (not taking into consideration difficulty in the previous statement)

it would be a great thing if you only use the same exact party every time, however if you decided to try a different party you would have to train your pokemon outside of E4 just to be able to battle them, I believe that after you get 16 badges you get to re-battle them with stronger parties (not sure if already in-game or a next-version material)

I don't understand your first idea, and about the second thing, I don't think there's any increase in difficulty or any difference if you fight them after you get 16 badged. I battled them a few times already after 16 badges and as the dialogues are the same and pokes are easier to defeat (contrary to them beaing equally difficult if they increased their pokes' level at the same rate as us).
I also wrote these two suggestions for some post-kanto replayability.

Yea...I guess it's a next-version material then, along with gym rematches.

However, the first idea of nightmare difficulty still stands. Or even better, direct multiplier setting instead of difficulty.
