Mistery Events

I have a question, there is the guy for mistery Events, but everytime i Talk to him it says no Mistery Events right now.
I didnt find a thing to Mistery Events in the Forums (the hole site).
and I wanted to know how to Activate Mistery Events on a Lan Server (if you Download the P3D-Server and then launch it)
or when they are?

Mystery Events are staff-hosted events that players usually don't have direct control over (e.g there was a Double Experience Weekend). If there was a Mystery Event setup, you would see it, even on a LAN server.
