Not confirmed [Indev 0.53.2] Battle Box Overflow

What I expected to happen:
I caught some Pokémon at the Safari Zone and I thought they will be sent to the PC

What actually happened:
The game showed they were sent to the PC but they weren't there.

Steps to reproduce:
1.I caught about seven Pokémon at the Safari Zone
2.They were sent to the Battle Box which was already full
3.They were nowhere on the PC
4.I spotted that, if I scroll through the Battle Box I can find them but not move them anywhere.

5.Also, I don't know is this a bug or it should be like that, but you can give Safari Balls to your Pokémon, take them and walk away with them still in your inventory.
They can be used for next Safari adventure too.
6.If you know how to help me, please do...
There are 9 pretty rare Pokémon I still need to evolve and prepare for trading...
7.Oh, I have a way to fix it!
If you remove your last Pokémon from the Battle Box, they will keep popping out.

you can move the ones that you can see and the ones you can't see will appear in their place.
