Rare candy cheat?

Not sure if this is allowed or not, I only play offline and was wondering if there is a rare candy cheat available. I don't want to get all my pokemon to 100 (whats the point in playing) I just want to keep my side pokemon the same level as my main pokemon. Is this allowed/available?

Is available only in offline mode. go to your saved game folder and modify the text file. there is a section that refers to the party.
