Sorry if this has already been suggested, but the search bar won't let me search for "Map" because it's too short.

My suggestion is to make a map overlay which shows your current position but on a face-down 2D (like the original 2d versions of the official games). Would make navigating caves easier and the like.

There is a mini map card if you can goto the twirl forest using the train at goldenrod city. The npc there will give you something cool.
