Battle animations and x,y animated pokemon sprites

When the developers will focus on battle animations? And what about pokemon x,y animated sprites replace the existing sprites? Is it possible?

The developers will focus on the battle animations once they have finished their priorities, mostly the story & then some post-game stuff. As for the animated sprites, I don't believe it is possible in the current battle system, and I don't think the developers wants to re-create the battle system a 3rd time.

It is, but if they try adding some like those models-pokestadium.com
they would need to recreate the battle system, actually, remove camera rotation.
On the other hand, they made 3D models, but it would take forever to animate ALL of them because there are more than 500. Maybe Kolben team will do that in the future, but for now they are working on finishing the story, adding new areas, pokemon etc.
