Not a bug [Indev 0.53.2] Walking Through Walls in the Safari Zone

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
bump or not walk through wall

What actually happened:
walk through

Steps to reproduce:
1. safari zone > sky? not too sure
2. walk up stairs almost to the top, see pictures
walk through wall

I believe some of the clouds in the sky area of the Safari Zone are intended as decorations, and are able to be walked through intentionally.
Also, it might just be me, but it seems these clouds you can walk through in this area are spawned in random locations on the map each time you enter it, they never seem to be in the same place.
