Wonder Trade Broken?

I was Wonder Trading on AGN's 24/7 server IP: p3d.aggressivegaming.org. When I wonder traded somebody my Bellsprout I got a Meowth and everything seemed normal. Then I trade that Meowth to someone else and he ended up getting the Bellsprout that I first Wonder Traded away, and we both had the Dratini that he Wonder Traded to me. It was confirmed that he got the Bellsprout because he put the name of the Bellsprout in chat.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When I was trading my Bellsprout to the first guy he quit in the middle of the trade. Impotant or No?

No, I meant we both had the same Pokemon at the same time. lik I had his Dratini and he had his Dratini, and when I traded him a Meowth he recieved a Bellsprout that I had already traded away.

From personal experience, the trainer card seen when you use Wondertrade, seems to be the last person to have used it before you.
I believe the Trainer Card shown during a Wondertrade, shows the owner of the Pokemon you recieved from Wondertrade, its not showing you the Trainer Card of the person who obtains your Pokemon.

From my personal experiences, it seems that once in a rare while, Wondertrade and GTS can duplicate Pokemon if something goes wrong. However, there doesn't seem to be enough proof to confirm that is the case.

You'd likely need to check the IVs of both Dratinis to see if they really are duplicates or not, they could just be two different Dratinis that are just really similar.
