How many Pokemon...

...are we actually allowed in our parties? I think before on Whitney at one point I had about 7, but I'm not sure if that was fixed. I didn't intend for 7 but I still had the starter at that point.

Huh? It's 6, unless I'm misunderstanding the question? I suppose you could add more to Party.dat manually, but that would risk causing a crash and for what gain, surely? It's always been party size 6 in all the games I have played.

I'm asking because I had caught a Pokemon while having the ordinary 6 Pokemon, and instead of it going to PC, it became my party's 7th Pokemon. So I was asking if the number allowed in the party was increased or something.

Im pretty sure I read somewhere they fixed that bug in 0.22.1

You could probably try and edit the saved file like Davey said. ^

Well, what happens is the game tries to squeeze it into the party box (see screenshot).

However, I did just learn one thing. I thought my box was more populated than that, dunno what happened to the rest of my Pokemon.

Edit: Yeah Whitney, that was a bug. It's meant to be 6 in party.

6 is max in party, any more is bug.
