Duplicate snorlax not waking up

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
...waking snorlax up with pokeflute channel on pokegear

What actually happened:
...tuned to channel set it to background music then talked to snorlax and got no waking up response

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...set pokegear to pokeflute channel
2. ...set it to background music
...talk to snorlax
