You can play online by logging into GameJolt on the title screen.

On the bottom left of the title screen is the GameJolt button. Click it, then log in when prompted to. When you do so, a new Play Online option will appear. Click that.

he means inside the game, once you're a the main menu, there's a thunderbolt icon at the bottom right of the screen, click it and enter your gamejolt ID and token.

That ^, launch the game, press the thunderbolt icon at the bottom right, and then enter your gamejolt ID and Token (not your password)

could i connect P3D save the data offline to online P3D??

I think that your offline saves can not transfer data to your online save.
I believe I read somewhere that it is possible to edit offline save data, and to avoid the possibility of cheating, they can't interact with each other.
I'm also pretty sure that offline saves can't trade with other players online saves either.
