[Indev 0.53.2] Spontaneous Disappearance following Championship

Okay so first of all I lost my 2 pokemon and my Exp. Share... Very Good Bug!
Alright!
So before i go and deafeat elite four i changed the last wo pokemon in my slots and give an Exp. Share to my pokemon what i wanted to level. Than i deafeted elite four and after i loaded up in my house my switched out pokemons appeared in my last two slots and my othe two pokemon is lost in the space with the item what they held.

What I expected to happen:
At least i want to get back my single Exp. Share. Ty.

What actually happened:

Do you have any additional details or screenshots? I've battled the Elite Four many times and have never had my party randomly change following the credits.

Is this your first time challenging the Elite Four or have you already beaten them before? If you beat them before, is there anything you did differently this time right before or during the Elite Four?

I'm not sure, but is there a possibility the automatic save that happens after the hall of fame and before the credits, may have not functioned properly? It kind of sounds like he was saved to his house like normally, but had his party reverted to a previous save prior to battling the Elite Four.

If you are playing online save, please contact a staff with your gamejolt name and tokens. They will be able to restore them back to you.
For any recovery to work smoothly, please state the exact item or pokemon (as much info as possible) and do not login to the game until it is done.

I deafeated them thousands of times but in 0.53.2 just this one time. Yes its an online save so which staff i need to contact? I have Darkfire on skype maybe he will be good?

The pokemon got reverted back somehow but it is easy fix :p

forget the lost pokemon, some of his pokemon got replaced as well, why? like....after losing 2 pokemon, a third changed to Druddigon, how?

I don't know how it works...
First he defeat elite four => Credits (auto save) => Pokemon gone => Do some GTS trade listing despite losing his pokemon => Saved with a slightly different pokemon.

The only way to tell if it is true or not is to look at the pokemon before and after the changes
