Fixed [Indev 0.53.2] Revived Lead Pokémon Cannot Enter Battle

What I expected to happen:
Heal first Pokemon in party with "faint" status during battle, switch to it next turn.

What actually happened:
Pokemon can't be selected to switch to, message claims it is already in battle.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a Pokemon be fainted and in the first party slot.
2. Enter a battle.
3. Use an item such as revive to remove "faint" status from your Pokemon in the first party slot.
4. next turn, switch to the Pokemon in the first party slot, message states Pokemon is already in battle even though it isn't.

Yeah, I got this to replicate.

Little bit of extra information:

This doesn't matter in a regular battle if you revive a downed Pokemon, it only happens if there is an already-fainted Pokemon in the first slot at the beginning of the battle.
Also, this bug allows you to "switch" to the Pokemon who is already out - which just wastes the turn.

Likely, just a bug in the battle system, so it'll be tossed in the future if the battle system is redone.

it used to be worse than this, and it could happen in PVP as well, we fixed an iteration of this bug a version back and hopefully this one would be fixed soon as well.
