Shell Smash doesn't boost speed.
What I expected to happen:
Using shell smash and getting Attack, Sp. Attack and Speed increased in two stages,
while Defense and Sp. Def lowered in one stage. (I used a shellder)
What actually happened:
It increases Attack and Sp. Attack in two stages and lowers Defense and Sp. Def in one stage,
but it doesn't increase speed at all.
(It doesn't even appear the message)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Engage in any battle, using a pokemon that knows Shell Smash.
2. Use Shell Smash.
