Seasonal Weather Options and Kurt's balls

First:
I was wondering if it'd be possible to have an option to change the seasonal weather of your game/server/etc... Recently my game switched from snowy to spring-time, and I kind of miss the snow. It'd be nice to flick a switch to go between winter, spring, summer, and fall - if such a thing doesn't conflict with the game clock. Otherwise, setting the season at the start would be nice - as it's definitely not winter or spring where I live.

If I'm mistaken, and just missing the option, let me know.

Second, and not as important:
Any way we could include a delivery service or ability to call on Kurt about Pokeballs? It's just a minor inconvenience to fly down to his town and back.

Yes, would be nice and I want it too, but if better think it Kurt always makes a Ball at Midnight (at new day) in players time zone. So it's easy to know when it's finished.

The image I have in my mind is a delivery man in (every) PokeMart who hands off the balls you wanted made (and potentially takes some apricorns back)
Of course, to make it more fair, maybe you have to pay or something?
