Fixed [Indev 0.53.2] Gym Leader Crash

crashes in middle of game
What I expected to happen:
...to battle gym leader

What actually happened:
...crash

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...attemted to replay battle
2. ...reinstalled game
...still crashes
