I think we should make a thread on regular pokemon ,since there is so much to say about them and we drifted away from the original topic of this thread.

I can answer this in 1 sweep : Pokemon Colosseum & Mystery Dungeon are Spin-Offs and B/W2 were just like Platinum so not really a new game...
And of course they were in new Gens ,hence the term REMAKE

Whilst I agree on Colosseum , Mystery Dungeon Pokemon Ranger & the like you Can't say B2 & W2 Aren't like a new game. The Timeline & Story are different similar to how 1YL May have been though out plus B2 & W2 Have so many added side quests and features calling them a mere remake like Platinum is an insult. Furthermore I know a few YouTubers who would agree with me on that to an extent. Haydon, Mariland & Others

I Didnt mean the comparison I meant considering B2/W2 a remake. To me they feel as much a new game as they can be while reusing the same region. I consider B2/W2 Pokemon's equivalent to Zelda Ocarina of time

I think you got me wrong. I dont exactly remember what I was trying to bring across but I wanted to say that B2/W2 arent remakes. If I made a mistake though then its nice that you corrected me,
