Fixed [Indev 0.53.2] Sheer Force not Working

Describe the bug you experienced here.
Used Sludge bomb with Nidoking and poisoned foe
What I expected to happen:
...extra 30% damage

What actually happened:
...poisoned foe

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...Use any stackable move with Sheer Force
2. ...Notice that you will not get the 30% dmg increase
...

I also believe the Rival ability is not working either. Nidoking just feels so worthless
Can i get my venoshock and sludge bomb back please ???

the TMs? you do know that TMs are reusable on easy difficulty and that you can change it at will, right?

Is there no way i can get my tm's back? Im about to start a new game just to go back and get the t'ms to trade off i have no issue if my poke was deleted at this point. I built up his ev's and trained him to 50 while busting three tm's . He is my favorite poke and if i knew his hidden ability did not work i would have went with his poisiontip ability instead of rival . Just asking if there's anything anyone can do before i have to waste a few days maybe a week going back and getting a few tm's i could have used in easy mode anyway.
