Fixed [Indev 0.53.2] Shedinja not Being Affected by Damage-Dealing Weather

What I expected to happen:
...Hailstorm or sandstorm to damage him

What actually happened:
...says he was hit but does no damage

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...use Hailstorm or sandstorm against shedijna
2. ... no damage is done
...Pretty sure these moves work on shedinja and im not just noobing out

They probably damange based on a portion of the HP left rounded down currently. 1 divided by anything rounded down is always 0.
I will see that I can fix this.
