Duplicate game crash when fighting a youngster on route 32

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
I expected my ghastly to appear and to fight whatever pokemon Youngster Gordon had

What actually happened:
the game crashed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. battle someone?

Same as http://pokemon3d.net/forum/threads/12554/. Sleeping inducing moves are currently bugged. Please avoid using them for now.
