Move Tutors

I'm curious about which move tutors are already implemnted and which are not... I can only find pages form 2012 and 2013 on the subject. The game has a lot of new atualizations... I can't be sure of what to do with my team.

I also have an Idea to move the move deleter to Goldenrod... at Name Raters house or something like that. Would help people a LOT.

Move tutors are not in this game as of yet, we only have a move re-learner so far.
