A way around admin privileges?

I'm trying to run this game on a computer that I don't have access to the admin privileges to. Since these computers don't have the XNA Redistributable pre-installed is there any kind of work around I can use to still play this game on these computers?

Sorry but no. No workaround for those kind of computers.
