Duplicate [0.53] Counter atack dont reflect damage

When use counter atack with riolu dont do nothing
What I expected to happen:
Use counter to reflect damage x2...

What actually happened:
use counter and nothing happen

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a battle
2. use the move "counter"
3. Wait for nothing happe
