Fixed [0.23] 2 Bugs

When "repel" finishes, first it alert me "You repel effect wore off" after it takes a step

if the screen is large

and I press F11 for fullscreen, if I repress F11 the screen don't autoresize

there is another (very minor) bug with repel
if the repel effect stops at the moment you change area (like walk into a pokemon center) you'll get a white screen with a text saying the repel effect stopped.
after dismissing this message you'll go to the new area
