About Using XNA Studio and Developer's Tools

To anyone's knowledge, is there a version of XNA Game Studio that is compatible with the Game developing tools provided and does not limit the user to 30 days? I spent some time looking, but it was rather frustrating, and wanted to see if any of you had a suggestion. Thanks! :)
