Not a bug [Indev 0.53] Max Potion healed Paralysis

What I expected to happen:
...My Quilava's health to be healed.

What actually happened:
...Bonus: His Paralysis was healed
Steps to reproduce:
1. ...Use Max Potion on Paralyzed Pokémon?

I was probably tired when I noted this. Not sure if I just forgot that the items start from the top selection each time.

if you are talking about what the game shows exactly when you use the item then you're probably experiencing the effect of damage calculation which appears after using an item.
what happens is that the game fully heal your Pokemon then shows you the result of the next turn.

I'm pretty sure paralysis doesn't go away in battle normally, though... Or can that actually happen? I was against a magmar, so I doubt any form of Healing Pulse was used.

well, can you try and reconfirm this?

I tried it with a Burn on my Geodude and it didn't heal, so it was probably just my imagination, sorry! You can delete/archive this thread, then.
