Map Graphics Offset

hey guys
does anyone know how to change the offset map graphics value? it seems to be fixed on the current value. no matter how many times I click on it, the value will not change. Is there a specific button that you have to press?

in your save folder there's a file called Option.dat, open it in notepad.
