Traded items

I recently traded some of my pokemon's with a friend of mine which all held items. When my friend got them, all of their held items were gone. Is this a bug? Or what else could had happen?

It could be a bug. If the held item is lost and very important, you may wish to request a restore of those items.

@Malcaroni is one of the staff that usually do this kind of restore. Nevertheless, it could be done by other staff as well but it depends whether they want or not.

Anyway, if the lost item happens to be something that our community had in common, we could just send you a random pokemon with the item back as compensation.

Well, the only important item was my Magmarizer which was intended to evolve his Magmar, the other items wasn't that important.

In that case, you can just ask to restore that particular item or find one again
