Not a bug Route 34 to Goldenrod

I can't get to Goldenrod from Route 34. I can see it perfectly fine with the offset maps, I just can't actually enter it. It's as if there's a wall in front of me...

I have a feeling Goldenrod itself is blocked off for now. I've yet to actually go in-game and see; I'm a tad busy

yep Goldenrod is just not done yet.
I am working on it but it's a large city so it takes a while.
