Duplicate [Indev 0.53] Sleep Talk Completely Useless

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
...snorlax is supposed to use it when he sleeps

What actually happened:
...it treats it like a normal move and it just tells me he is sleeping

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...teach snorlax sleep talk and rest
2. ...use rest
3...use sleep talk
