Not confirmed [Indev 0.53] Magikarp in Celadon City Pond

I was EV training Lanturn in HP in Celadon City, by fishing for Grimers. All of a sudden i found a Magikarp. I wasn't smart enough to catch it, and went on training. I found ANOTHER one, and caught it. Upon looking on the habitat dex, it turns out that Magikarp are not supposed to live there, and thus it is an error.

What I expected to happen:
Not finding any Magikarp

What actually happened:
I found a Magikarp

Steps to reproduce:
Fish with the old rod for a long, long time in a galaxy, far far away...

The respective file has a bug, but seems weird, my file its fine...
The third column its the percentage for the method.

Probably it is an anti crash feature nilllzz implemented. It seems to me like the fishing calculation is bugged out.

I want to note that Main.POKE is NOT a .txt file. I opened it with notepad, the file seems fine to me.
