Update on the game

So, I'm now available to play once again. I'm still curious about the competitive stuff. Is breeding, specifically for IVs/Natures/EggMoves. What gen is everything in? And most importantly, are battles items such as Life Orb, Leftovers and the like finally implemented? Thanks for any information given to me.

all the core pokemon basic stuff is in. ivs and evs and all.
leftovers are also in the game, not to sure about the life orb though.
