Duplicate {Version 0.53} Kangaskhan in Vermillion City

In Vermillion City there is a Kangaskhan. I went up to speak to this Pokémon and then my game crashed. I'm not sure if this has happened before and I just wanted to inform you about this bug so that future players will not have to experience this.
