Duplicate Can't click on Ho-oh

I'm right in front of Ho-oh and i can't click him or activate the event in any way.

What I expected to happen:
to fight with him

What actually happened:
he's there, i can pass through him but i can't click, activate or fight him in any way

Steps to reproduce:
Since it's an unique event i can't reproduce that. I didn't expect this and i saved just before the fight (that didn't happen)

=> Fixed in next version. This is a oversight bug that the position of ho-oh is too high for player to interact.
