dark pulse and lucario

I would like to point out that prior to the update dark pulse was in lucario's natural move pool, and now it is not. is there a way to add in dark pulse as an egg move or a start move for lucario so that if someone uses that set for lucario they can use it? I only noticed it because i wanted to do another play through online, and im kinda disappointed because I love psychic aura sphere dark pulse nasty plot/calm mind lucario and now I cant run it because dark pulse has been replaced with heal pulse and heal pulse is useless in pokemon 3d at the moment.

Dark pulse was never meant to be in the levelup movepool, this was a bug which have been fixed.

It's a TM move not a level up move nor an egg move, the TM however is not obtainable yet.
I don't think any changes were made to the move pool of lucario in this update.

Before the upgrade, there must be a typo error and might have been fixed. so... no more dark pulse.

I would like to point out that in p3d Dark Pulse is a TM(fyi: TMs work like gen 5-6(when on easy) and are infinite use)
the TM simply hasn't been made available yet
Since I know it is wanted so much I will find a likely place to put the TM in some place that is coming soon.
