Solved How to disable Forum Mail Notifications?

Hi,
I really don't want to start a new thread for my question but I can't find the answer anywhere.

Where can I disable the Forum Mail Notifications?

I looked everywhere in my profile settings. On new thread i have the option to "Watch this thread..." and "and receive email notifications"
But how to disable them for already watched threads?

I hope someone knows because all the Notifications flood my Inbox like all the HUEbutos Tornados Lottery

Go onto threads you are watching, and at the top-right of the thread just above the first post, there is a small option to "Unwatch thread."
