I for the most part agree with this, and I very well know the difference of bugs/Exploits, scrits/bots , cheats/hacks. Now with that being said It does not mean I always do them but with what I do, In real life its not hard to see flaws and something simple as I posted b4 can get past it, and even b4 you guys had it block cheat engine, I have friends on here that's was hacking... well every thing you can think of.
And as for my liking darkfire, I don't think you know what I like in all fairness, I have offered info countless time b4 on some of the tricks I know that are very unfair as I want to see them fixed. Now I took free crap from my friends don't get me wrong a lot but I never done this didn't have too, and after seeing 3 of them poped for rank hack is more the reason why at the time too but now even after I came back and there still doing there thing is dumb, and btw I don't just mean max money and items, there is a way to make your pokemon way stronger then they should be, and yes works in pvp so lets talk about what has a heavy impact on the gameplay I think this counts.
For the longest time after I talked to 2 of you and just got the cold shoulder I thought you guys had a fix for it and I come back after like 7 big patches and noting lol, this is not cool pvp is unfair, I got a friend who with 1 pokemon can wipe out anyone best 6 team ya that's cool as heck, I know he done pvp with a few players so if they read this they would know who he is. This is highly unfair and needs to be fixed or the info needs to be given out so other my match the stats of that kinda of pokemon.
And dark that's cool you fill this way about not approving , and take if offline, I am with you on this but it seems others are not and its to the point were I see it too unfair and something needs to be done one way or the other to make it fair and with nillzz saying if we use hacks who gives a damn kind of makes me mad, I mean how can some one say that about there own game. With this being said If someone will not fix this I will just quest and make all of this fair.
First of all, if you want to be taken seriously anywhere, try using proper grammar. Maybe this is because I am not a native speaker, but I have to read almost every single sentence you are writing here twice or more times.
Anyways, the first thing you assume is that it's easy to just block every single "hack" for a game. I have no idea WHY you think I can apply some universal anti-hack into a program, but let me tell you: that is not how any of that works.
The current version of the game detects memory edits to certain properties of the game that are crucial to online leaderboards, which are visible to everyone.
It does not block you from running Cheat Engine, you can use that program if you want to.
Now back to your assumption: I needed to develop a special patch for the game just to block memory editing. This also applies to running the game in a .Net sandbox.
And now remember: This game is primarily created for other people to have FUN. Do you not understand that concept? If you have fun playing this game while hacking it, then that is your understanding of how this game is fun. If I have to block everything and make this game run slower because a million different things are checking for every exploit possible, then that is not fun.
Of course, I do not at all approve of any hacking of the game, because it most likely severely reduces fun for those who doing it, but what I hate with a passion are people that are destroying the fun of others. Why would you even do that? What do you gain?
In the end, I am going to do my job every day, being a normal member of society. I am not developing this full time at all, I simply do not have the time to deal with every single script kiddy who read an internet tutorial on how to hack a game. It's not exactly rocket science if you know how a computer works.
I could do these things to probably a lot of games or programs, but I choose not to. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Easy as that.
