Duplicate [Indev 0.53] Ho-oH not fighting

So I was playing through this game since 0.53 version and I'm already on Tin Tower where Ho-oH appeared and yes I have the Rainbow Wing that the Kimono Girl gave me.

The problem is that I walk through the Ho-oH and even pressing the mouse button he wont fight against me, can someone help me please?
