Cannot Reach Server

This has been a bit of an ongoing problem for me when I started to play Pokemon 3D again. I go to the Online menu, and no matter what server ID I put in, it never allows me to play it. It always says CANNOT REACH SERVER. I can understand why the Master Server doesn't work, its for testing and blah, blah, blah. But any other server ID I put in never seems to work. My internet's fine. Does it have anything to do with my location? Help would be appreciated.
