Fixed [Indev 0.53] Battle Spot Prepares for Battle Indefinitely

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
Battle Fails or something.....

What actually happened:
Waited for 5 Minutes.... still Prepare for battle.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open PokéGear
2. Goto Battle Spot
3. Try to find a battle.
