Earthquke has no effect on soldrock

What I expected to happen:
Damage Soldrock using Earthquake

What actually happened:
I took no damage and said "It has no effect"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Battle soldrock
2. Use Earthqauke
3. It has no effect on him

Solrock's ability is Levitate, meaning that Ground-type moves (like Earthquake) have no effect on it.
Not a bug.
