Not a bug [Indev 0.53] Tangrowth And Mamoswine Appear in Johto Pokédex

Describe the bug you experienced here.
The pokemon Tangrowth and Mamoswine both appeared in my Johto pokedex when I did not yet obtain the National pokedex.
What I expected to happen:
To have a normal Johto pokedex.

What actually happened:
Pokemon from generation 4 appeared when they should not have.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a pokedex
2. Get Tangrowth or Mamoswine
3. I guess they will appear? I had the pokemon before the 0.53 update was released so not sure if it can be reproduced now or not.

Mamoswine appearing:

Tangrowth Appearing.

We are using the HGSS Johto dex
those pokemon are part of it b/c they are obtainable evolutions from before you get the national dex
