Pokédex Problem?

I got a question guys, how can i switch between different pokedex, i just started back and realized i only had the johto pokedex available, any tip or it's a bug from my side? Thanks for answer!

Once you beat all 16 gyms, you'll get the national pokedex from Prof Oak, just like in the original games.
