I'm trying to catch the Ho-oh at tin-tower, but when the bird appears, I can't seem to interact with it, whatever I do.

What I expected to happen:
...That i could interact with Ho-oh and start the battle

What actually happened:
...Interacting with Ho-oh doesn't do anything

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...Battle the Ho-oh at tin-tower
