Seasons in Pkmn3D are so picky aren't they?
What I've heard is that they're based on the real life weather, depending on where you live. Let's say, if you live in Europe and it's mostly snowing at that moment, it will snow in the game too. I don't know if it implies whole Europe or the country you live in or the city. But that's what I heard.

Also it always rains in Route 33.

Saying "I will say you don't know what you're missing out on" is kinda rude imo, since everyone can't like the same game or even choose to play the same game.
You can, and do have the ability to play Minecraft. You choose not to. That's your choice, I won't question it, and I will respect that. Putting the game down without actually playing it is pretty rude too. Judging a book by it's cover without actually reading anything inside. I didn't want to go there out of respect for your opinions on the game and held back, but you've forced my hand.

What you say about the weather sounds pretty interesting, but I sort of doubt that it goes on your real life weather since it only snows here once every 5-10 years. It's snowed several times in the game so far. Or maybe it's just going on that it's winter in the United States at the moment? The plants in the game bloom as well, but that's probably something completely different xD It would be pretty sad though if it didn't snow AT ALL for all of your real life spring, summer, and fall. That's several real months of never seeing snow in-game.
Also it always rains in Route 33.

I never put the game down, I only said it was hyped. And I've seen the "inside of the book" of the game. But let's end it there, since there's no point of arguing from two different points of view.

And I read somewhere that it usually rains in Route 33 most of the time.

You know what? You're actually right. Again with the defensive, Henry. >.> I'm sorry. :sorry: I'm done.

I read that it always rains on Route 33 too. I saw it Bulbapedia.
"In Generation IV, Route 33 is a little different from before. It is now always raining..."

Could it mean this is.. a bug? I dunno. Maybe rain wasn't implemented on Route 33 yet.
It's ok, no harm done :D

And the first time I entered Route 33, it rained. But I guess it can't rain all the time.

Agree to that. Nowadays they don't change or add too much of anything. My personal problem is that what they add now isn't as big a deal as what they added way back at the beginning of the game. Stairs. Ladders. Half slabs. Doors. Double Doors. Redstone. Redstone repeaters. Pistons. All of those things completely changed what and how you built what you did and opened huge possibilities. If anything I could change, give me back my sponges. >:/

The new AI they added is actually quite good, though. Monsters are much smarter now and feel scary and much more dangerous. Props to that.

That would be the cobblestone graphics as well as the same exact snowfall.

Current image of minecraft including the natural dirt texture and snow.
Here's in-game snow in Pkmn3D. A bit less snowfall from TestLevel and only one snowflake texture instead of multiple from Minecraft. Does the snow on the ground look familiar?

Though, it's very New England-like. Snowing one minute, sunny the next, then it starts raining just because.

I personally don't like minecraft and dont find pokemon3d to be anywhere near to being the same work of crap that game is and I have played it. Lol on the note. If it keeps this up folks we might enter another mini ice age.

maybe ppl has just played too much minecraft and now they see everything that could be built with blocks as minecraftish. the only thing that kinda stuck to my eye was the whatcamacallit... debug screen or sth? the one you get up when you press F3 I think.
