Fixed [Indev 0.53] Wrong Escape Rope Location

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
Escape rope to take me back to the last pokecenter I was in (fuchsia city)

What actually happened:
It took me to Pewter City (the one i was in before I flew to fuchsia)

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to fuchsia city
2. go in to the pokecenter
3. get ur pokemans
4. go to seafoam islands
5. use escape rope
6. end up in whatever pokecenter you were in before you went to fuchsia
